Email sawyerzhang2017@gmail.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description of the problem. Avoid sending customer details or signatures unless needed to explain the issue.

Create a receipt

Tap New delivery. Enter customer and item details, actual quantities and any differences. Add photos, enter the recipient name, and capture a signature. If unsigned, record a reason. Finalize the receipt, then choose View & share PDF.

Correct a completed receipt

Open the receipt and tap Create revision. The original stays in history; the revision requires a reason and a new acknowledgment.

Protect your records

Settings → Export full backup saves records, photos and signatures. Keep the file outside the app. Settings → Import backup adds missing records. If a record conflicts with an existing copy, the import stops without overwriting it. Removing the app removes its local records.

Restore Pro

Use Restore purchases in Settings or on the upgrade screen with the Apple Account that purchased Pro. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Check your connection if the price cannot be loaded.

Photos and camera

Allow camera access in iPhone Settings to take a handoff photo. Removing an attached photo or deleting a draft does not delete the original from your photo library.

Advertising privacy

When applicable, Settings includes Advertising privacy choices. Pro removes ads. An ad may not be available for every request.
