Set Rest Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026

Set Rest does not require an account. The free iPhone app includes Google AdMob advertising and Google User Messaging Platform for consent. Apple Watch has no ads.

Your records

Your project or preset names, notes, settings, checklist items, timestamps and history are stored locally. Apple WatchConnectivity transfers records and Pro access between paired devices. We do not operate a server that receives these records. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.

Purchases

Apple handles Pro payments. The app verifies access using StoreKit on your iPhone. We do not receive payment card details or operate a purchase-validation server.

Advertising

Google advertising SDKs may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad and product interactions, crashes, performance and other diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The app requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data is processed. Your records and names are not supplied to the advertising SDK by the app. Consent options are presented where required before ads load. Exports

You control where CSV records are shared using the system share sheet.

Permissions

The app requests notification permission only when you enable timer alerts. Notifications are scheduled locally. The app does not request location, contacts, microphone or HealthKit access.

Removing data

Removing the app removes its local data. Remove it from both devices to remove both local copies. Existing device backups are managed through your Apple settings.
