Wrist cues

Use Check Vibration before starting. Keep the Watch app open, even when you lower your wrist. Leaving the app ends Talk sessions. The one-hour runtime includes pauses.

Syncing

Open Silent Stage on both devices, then choose Sync History on Watch. A confirmation means the phone has saved the history. Otherwise the app reports a connection or queued-transfer status.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the Pro screen with the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple handles payments and refund requests.

Reporting a problem

Include your app version, Watch model, system version, and what happened. You may voluntarily export diagnostics from Help & Settings. Review the export before sharing; it contains template names and session events.
